CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask you provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 40% of the session.

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final payment during check out or add to your cancellation fee total.

NO SHOW

We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 40% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment.
