NO REFUND 

At Magic Lash Wellesley, we take pride in delivering high-quality lash services with precision and care. Due to the delicate nature of lash extensions and lash lift & tint treatments, as well as the importance of proper aftercare and the unique condition of each individual’s natural lashes, we are unable to guarantee results in every case. Please communicate any concerns with your technician during the appointment.  For this reason, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact us within 24–48 hours. We are happy to offer a complimentary touch-up or adjustment where appropriate.

CANCELLATION 

We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask you provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 40% of the session. This is in addition to the non-refundable deposit already paid, which helps cover the lost time and resource.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final payment during check out or add to your cancellation fee total.

NO SHOW

We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 40% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. This is in addition to the non-refundable deposit already paid, which helps cover the lost time and resource.

LATE APPOINTMENT

At Magic Lash Wellesley, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and provide every client with the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled, and a fee may apply.
