We are seeking a sharp thinker, detail-oriented person with a background in mathematics, finance, or Business to join us as a Marketing & Digital Strategy Assistant. This dynamic position combines data analysis with ethical decision-making to enhance our marketing/customer experience and drive rapid, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze booking trends, retention data, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
* Optimize service processes and communication strategies to ensure clarity and transparency
* Support innovation efforts, including new services, products, or technology integrations
* Create educational content focused on care and clarity (e.g., customer guides, after-sales service materials)
* Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile, company website, and social media content
* Apply SEO strategies, leverage emerging technologies, optimize algorithms, and develop detailed, high-quality content to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
* Respond to customer inquiries, comments, text messages and emails
* Bilingual skills in Chinese and English preferred but not mandatory
